The Signing on Day for next season will be on Saturday 10th July in Hundon next to the astro pitch. We will require all players to attend if possible with a parent or guardian as they both have to sign. If you could bring your signing on fee of £15 for the Colts teams and £10 for the Mini teams it would be most appreciated. cheques to be made out to Hundon Hawks Football Club.

We are also planning to do the drainage work on the same day. This will be on the lower field which will enable us to play the U11s on Saturdays and the U12s on Sunday with less likelihood of matches being called off. We are able to cover the expense of materials but we are looking for as many volunteers as possible to help with the work. It will be mainly the moving of stone and laying of pipework. SO if you can spare any time at all during that day it would be very much appreciated and if you are also able to bring a wheelbarrow along that would be very helpful as well.

Draw tickets are on sale now. All monies, counterfoils and unsold tickets need to be returned to your team managers by Friday 4th December and forwarded to Terry by Saturday 5th December in preperation for the draw on the 8th December.

Unfortunately due to a poor response the committee have decided that the 100 club will not be commencing. Any parents that had already signed up to this will receive their money back following the next committee meeting in October. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The signing on day for next season will take place on the 4th July in Hundon. It will take place on the Hundon adults pitch by the changing rooms and will be between 10.00 and 12.00. We need all existing and new players to come along with a parent as both need to sign and also need the signing on fee. These are currently £15 for the colts teams and £10 for the mini teams. Please make all cheques payable to Hundon Hawks FC.

We would also like you to join our 100 club and if you could bring a cheque along for 12 months subscription which is £12, once again made payable to the club. These will only be cashed if and when we start the 100 club up but will only happen if we get enough people interested. Remember this is about trying to raise money to buy new kits and equipment for the boys ( we already need 3 new kits before the season starts ), and it’s not just parents who can join but other family and friends. We look forward to seeing you on the 4th.

The 2009 AGM will be held next Tuesday 2nd June at Hundon Village Hall. It will start at 7.30. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible. It will be your chance to have your say about the club.

100 Club Announced

We are looking to start a 100 Club to raise funds for the club. We are looking for 100 people to become members and pay £1 per month and there will be a monthly draw for a prize of £50. We would be looking for members to pay a years subscription in advance. Please see your Team Manager or a member of the committee if interested. Please support as all funds will be used to grow the clubs profile within the community and help to purchase better equipment for the boys.

7.30 for 8.00 Start. £10 entry for teams of up to 5 members.

Please support as half of all monies raised goes to the Hawks and helps towards pitch improvements and equipment.

16th August 2008- Annual Subscriptions Due

Its that time of the year. The season is due to start, everybody is looking forward to 8 months of highs and lows. But the club doesn’t run without expenses. So the Annual Subs are now due.

Under 16s, 14s & 12s   £15

Under 10s & 9s    £10

Please pay your team manager by the Saturday 6th September, by cheque if possible made out to Hundon Hawks FC.

We are also looking for a parent representative from each team to join the committee and help in the running of the club. If you are interested please talk to the manager of the team and they will advise the committe of your interest.
